This thanksgiving we are missing an important part of our Family. Buggy, as we affectionately called her, would have been almost 9 months old today. She would have been grabbing at everything on the table, and babbling with her cousins.
Sometimes it seems hard to be thankful when you're hurt. It could be from something totally out of your control, as in the case with my Granddaughter ,Jennifer, or by something someone said or did.
I was reminded today while listening to a Radio Program that we should start with the little things. "Thank you Lord that I have air to breath, Thank you that I have a job that pays the bills, Thank you Jesus for dying for me." Good, now keep going, You've got this. Soon you'll feel the presence of the Holy Spirit and He'll remind you of bigger and bigger things to be thankful for.
The Lord inhabits the praises of his people. Let's try to praise him more.
This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be Glad in it.
