ThanksGiving

The Lord Gives and the Lord Takes Away.  Blessed be the Name of the Lord.  Job 1:21

This thanksgiving we are missing an important part of our Family.  Buggy, as we affectionately called her, would have been almost 9 months old today.  She would have been grabbing at everything on the table, and babbling with her cousins.

Sometimes it seems hard to be thankful when you're hurt.  It could be from something totally out of your control, as in the case with my Granddaughter ,Jennifer, or by something someone said or did.

I was reminded today while listening to a Radio Program that we should start with the little things. "Thank you Lord that I have air to breath, Thank you that I have a job that pays the bills, Thank you Jesus for dying for me."    Good, now keep going,  You've got this. Soon you'll feel the presence of the Holy Spirit and He'll remind you of bigger and bigger things to be thankful for.
The Lord inhabits the praises of his people.  Let's try to praise him more.

This is the day that the Lord has made.  Let us rejoice and be Glad in it.

Happy ThanksGiving!

You are such a blessing Robin. Yesterday was mind blowing. People prayed things over me and my life and mentioned things they could not know as I have not shared these things with anyone. Your prayer was moving and revealing to me. Times change, people change, life goes on. We are not in control. God does know our hearts and He Reigns! Thank you for being a vessel for God! Thank you for being my friend. I love you! I am looking forward to your future while God uses you and David more. I am thankful God brought us to the Journey and introduced us. Forever your friend.
